Foil Printing:

Ø At first Gum-SP top is applied according to the design.

Ø Then foil paper is attached.

Ø After that Heating is done for fixing.

    Pigment Printing:

                  At first solution is made by Binder, PG Gram & water.

Ø Then solution applied on screen.

Then heating is done for fixing.

    Glitter Printing:     

Ø At first screen is prepared by glitter mesh fabric.

Ø Then printing is prepared by A-53 & Glitter.

Ø Curing is done for fixing.

  Screen Printing:

Ø At first screen is prepared by Mesh fabric & Duko gum.

Ø Then SP-1300 HW(Sensitizing Emulsion) is applied all over the Screen.

Ø After that the Tracing paper containing positive design is placed on the camera box.

Ø Screen is now placed over tracing paper.

Ø Then the whole box is covered by black fabric and heating & lighting is done for 5-7 minutes.

Ø After washing the negative design is appeared on the screen.
