Job Context
• Risk analysis during sample making & before starting production
• Responsible for Sample development
• Liable for Fabric (4 points) and accessories inspection
• Size set checking Measurement and make comments whatever correction required,
• Fusing Machine adjustment with following data sheet like Time/Pressure/Temperature,
• Responsible for PPM doing with relevant people,
• Must know Defect analysis report making & publishing
• Shade & Hand feel checking also given wash standard as per buyer approve comments,
• Critical process Mock making & close monitoring,
• Safety data sheet follow up during attaching garments,
• In-line, pre-final and Final inspection conduct
• Shipment schedule follow up & maintain, Communicate with responsible person/office.
• Needle control policy and Sharp Tools control policy,
• Technical Audit
• Quality Management System (QMS) Implement and Train up.
• Factory QA team Follow up and Training.
• Check first output against approved sealer & update tech pack,
• Weekly meeting with team to discuss daily issues and updates information.
• Co-ordinate with production department for matters on nonconformance of quality issue.
• Buyer Communication and Assist.
